- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- Brown the ground beef in a frying pan and drain the fat.
- Mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk together.
- Arrange the sliced potatoes in a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the chopped onion on top of the potatoes.
- Spread the ground beef on top of the onions.
- Pour the soup mixture on top of the ground beef.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
