- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish and pour garlic mixture over them.
- Cover the dish with foil and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Bake salmon in the marinade for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables and enjoy!
