Starting my journey towards a healthier lifestyle, I stumbled upon the Keto diet. I was intrigued by the concept of consuming low-carb and high-fat food to reach a state of ketosis. However, like any beginner, I was clueless about how to start with this new diet. Fortunately, I came across some amazing keto meal plans and recipes that made my journey easy.

Next, I came across some amazing Keto Meal Plans and Recipes. My personal favorite is the Keto Chicken Enchiladas. To make this delicious dish, you’ll need:
Keto Chicken Enchiladas
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. of shredded chicken
- 1/2 onion,diced
- 4 large green bell pepper
- 1 tsp. of garlic powder
- 1 tsp. of chili powder
- 2 cups of cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups of chicken bone broth
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tbsp. of grass-fed butter
- 1 tbsp. of avocado oil
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Heat the avocado oil and butter in a skillet.
- Add the onions and cook until translucent.
- Add the chicken, garlic powder, and chili powder.
- Stir and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Place the green bell pepper halves in a baking dish.
- Spoon the chicken mixture into each half.
- Pour bone broth and heavy cream over them.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
This recipe is a true gem for all chicken lovers! It’s the perfect example of how different variations of food can work wonders for your diet. The best part about the Keto diet is that you don’t have to compromise on taste. You can still enjoy delicious food while staying on track.
