Trust me, these Cherry Banana Muffins with White Chocolate Chips and Buttermilk Oatmeal Muffins are gonna knock your socks off.

Let’s start with the Cherry Banana Muffins. First things first, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your muffin tin. In a bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, 1/4 tsp of baking soda, and 1/4 tsp of salt. In a separate bowl, mash up 2 ripe bananas and mix in 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of oil, 1/4 cup of sour cream, and 1 egg. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in 1 cup of fresh cherries and 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips. Pour the batter into your muffin tin and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Now, onto the Buttermilk Oatmeal Muffins. Y’all gonna need to preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your muffin tin. In a bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 cup of sugar, 2 tsp of baking powder, and 1/4 tsp of salt. In another bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of buttermilk, 1/4 cup of oil, and 1 egg. Add the dry ingredients to the buttermilk mixture and stir until just combined. Pour the batter into your muffin tin and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
