Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup of shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 4 slices of cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

- 2 pounds of pork shoulder, fat trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- For Pulled Pork: Season pork shoulder with paprika, mustard powder, salt, cumin, and black pepper.
- Heat the grill to medium-high heat and sear the pork cubes on all sides.
- Transfer to a smoker and smoke at 225°F for 6-8 hours, basting with apple cider vinegar every hour.
- Once internal temperature hits 200°F, remove from smoker, wrap in foil and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Shred pork using two forks.
- For Smoked Salmon: Mix together olive oil and garlic in a small bowl.
- Season salmon with salt and black pepper and brush with olive oil mixture.
- Smoke at 225°F for about 2-3 hours or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Remove from smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
